The lighting was horrible, no plugs to charge available, the staff was very un welcoming and not helpful at all the hotel smelled a lot like mildew and next morning it was raining inside the hotel. “Great hotel if you are doing a short visit. The hotel is a bit outdated, like some of light fixtures on the lamps were old and rustic, the lounge chairs by beach were not always clean but to be fair it did rain a lot. The staff was really nice and very helpful baltazar was always looking out for my bf and i and just extremely friendly and his service was top notch. The food was delicious we had their ceviche mixto every day!”
